  Kathryn R. Baxter, MSAF/NCCO

Kathryn Baxter has more than twenty years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in the areas of consumer debt collections, regulatory compliance, and operations management. She currently serves as a faculty member for the University of Maryland's Graduate School of Management and Technology. As the external trainer for the National Credit Union Administration's Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives, she traveled throughout the U.S. facilitating workshops for credit unions with assets less than $50 million. Kathryn is a member of the Capital Area Collection Manager's Roundtable, where she previously served as vice-chairperson and co-chair of the education committee. Kathryn has authored articles for Credit Union Magazine and NAFCU's Federal Credit Union Online, covering matters relevant to both compliance and debt collection.

  Michelle DuVall

Michelle DuVall is the founder and program director of SpeakEasy Consulting, LLC. Now in her fourth year of operation, she has had the opportunity to provide workplace-specific Spanish courses to a variety of professional industries including law enforcement agencies, hotels and restaurants, manufacturers and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
