ABOUT THIS EVENT

Maximize both your personal and your credit union's success by exceeding member expectations.
This complimentary session is open to training and implementation teams from all current Creating Member Loyalty (CML) clients. (Not sure if you're eligible? Call us at 800-456-0543, ext. 4255 and we'll help!) We invite you to join the CML Team and your credit union peers to explore ideas and best practices for the successful ongoing implementation of the CML system in your credit union.

You'll hear from CML Master Trainers, Sales Performance Consultants, and other credit unions actively using the CML programs on the topics you told us you'd like to discuss. Learn what's new with CML since the transition to CUNA, discover what's on the horizon, and share your own best practices in this highly interactive, hands-on session. You'll walk away feeling energized with renewed excitement and a larger network of credit union experts from around the country.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) seven or more days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received six days or less before a program begins. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
