• Directors’ Responsibilites/Powers
• Parameters of Directors’ Liabilities
• Why Are Credit Unions Sued?
• Who Might Sue?
• Limits on Liability
• Avoiding Liability

By successfully completing the optional exam, you can earn 2 credits for the CUNA Volunteer Certification Program (Level 1, Board Operations & Development) toward your Certified Credit Union Volunteer designation.
