FiCEP Recertification

The Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation requires recertification every three years to ensure that your knowledge about financial counseling is current.

Designees must accumulate 20 hours of financial counseling training within the three year period and pass a recertification exam on financial counseling. This can be completed by:

  • Attending the CUNA Certified Financial Counselor School: Advanced
    OR
  • Completing the FiCEP Recertification Module (available late 2008)
